Currently not indexed in the crawl is a sentence that we will encounter when we do a test check in Google Search Console.
When we click on the page menu, that's where we will see how many articles Google can index and the reasons why other articles are not indexed.
The problem that the crawl is currently not indexed is causing headaches, and various methods have been tried, such as:
1. Request a reindex
2. Increase the length of the article content
3. check and correct the data structure
4. Double check the template script
5. Ask an SEO expert to fix it
6. Add backlinks to articles
7. Change the article's internal link to an indexed article
However, it seems that the efforts that have been made have been in vain, there has not been the slightest change in the number of articles indexed by Google. So if you want to do the same thing as I did, my advice is to just stop.
As a result of articles not being indexed, this of course causes blog traffic to decrease drastically, resulting in income via Google Adsense also dropping sharply.
For this reason, serious efforts are needed to fix things in the crawl that are currently not indexed, don't just leave them alone.
Because the appearance in the crawl is currently not indexed
Initially, this blog article was indexed by Google, but since there was a change in the Google algorithm, the problem "being crawled at this time is not indexed" automatically just appeared without being invited.
I don't know why Google likes to change its algorithm, until now I haven't found the answer at all. For this matter, let it be Google's own secret.
However, from several Google notifications that came to email, it seems that there is an indication that articles are not indexed due to the low value of the article content.
For this part, it remains to be questioned whether the meaning applies to all non-indexed articles.
I have tried this effort to update it but it still doesn't change the situation, everything doesn't look good.
How to fix the crawl currently not indexed
Returning to the main problem with the crawl currently not being indexed, after carrying out several treatments to fix the problem with the crawl currently not being indexed which finally reached a dead end so the final solution I did was change the article permalink.
This method turned out to be quite effective and within 3 hours the article had reappeared on the Google search page.
You can imagine that if there were hundreds of articles, we would have to do them one by one. Of course, changing the permalink will cause a 404 error, so I need to remind you of several things before changing the permalink of the article.
1. Delete the old URL of the article using the Google Search Console feature
2. Check the article script if you often write using world
3. Delete the default Word script, usually marked "mso"
If you have finished doing the 3 things above, please change the title of the article and post it again.
